It’s the best place ever
This place absolutely changed my life! Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. I worked with Grace who helped me process my trauma and better understand myself. She is awesome and I got the sense that everyone at AT is fantastic! So grateful to have found a place like this

I can't say enough good things about what Alternative Therapeutics has brought into my life. After trying years of medications, supplements and talk therapy I never had any success in improving my mental health.
