DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The management is awful!! The Manager I had didn’t know what he was doing! He had no training at all whatsoever in conflict resolution. Every week I was telling him something about how another staff was not easy to work with and speak with. My Manager would Always reply with “Interesting”, “I don’t know What to do” or his favorite thing to say was “I really don’t care.” I was sent to go work at a home that I had never been to and never met any of the clients who lived there.
