They never return phone calls no matter if you leave a message with the answering service. I have called 11 times and no one has yet to return a phone call. So sad
Stay away. If you value your health. Poor hours. Terrible receptionist. Doctor only works after 2pm only and answering service that is very unreliable. Previous doctor abandoned his patients randomly one day. Just awful.
If I could I would leave 0 stars the front desk forwards all phone calls. If you are able to leave message they do not get back to you. If they answer they tell you to call back later when they are accepting calls. This is horrible unprofessional and unethical behavior.
Everything is a mess since Dr Miller retired with no warning. This week i can only reach answering service from open til close. No one returns messages. Im starting to wonder if the staff quit???? Has anyone been to the office lately?
Dr. Miller was an excellent psychiatrist -- as is Dr. Noel. He's attentive, thoughtful, and really listens to your concerns. He's completely overwhelmed right now from having taken on all of Dr. Miller's patients, but he still does his best to get back to me about my questions and concerns, returning my messages even around 7 PM. He's also highly experienced and knowledgeable.
