MUST READ! I have been going to this establishment for several years. Dr M. was an excellent Dr. however, he abruptly retired leaving all his patients in disarray and distress. Dr N. took over his patients which assured us that we would be taken care of in the same manner as Dr M. but that is not the case. Dr N. l has been completely incompetent of caring for his patients. Absolutely furious with this entire office. I have been without my ADHD medication for over two weeks. I have been told so many different things, everyday I call. This is so dangerous to be without my meds. Dr Noel has told me to call him if I ever need anything. Total lies as I can't talk to him, office manager is too busy everyone is to busy. I never thought I would have to give a 1 star review! If I could 0 I would. Also I got told he is 15 buisness days behind and he works at Kingwood hospital. This is just beyond a joke... read more
Just as a point, this isn’t a review on the doctors. I’m just the partner of long time patient. Insanely rude front desk workers. I have called over the years to ask simple questions, make schedule adjustments, etc.; only to be met with attitude, snarky remarks and little to no patience if I don’t have all my information ready to go each time. Dr. Noel is by far the best doctor I have seen..he is a good listener.
Dr Miller is very kind and a thorough practitioner and who listens and spends plenty of time to make sure you understand your plan of care. Highly recommend
