Alternative Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job on my house, a very complex metal roof installation with many peaks, valleys and odd transitions. The crew had a fantastic attitude about the work, demonstrated skilled craftsmanship, and worked incredibly efficiently. Monroe was honest, fair, and straightforward with the business aspect of the project, as well as excellent with communication. Highest recommendation!!
I've Tried reaching out to Monroe from alternative roofing solutions, LLC with no response letting him know my roof over my front windows they installed is leaking and asking him to reach out to me and see if we could get it resolved now that I look at the roof in a another spot it looks like they cut corners on there work there work done ...
Does not keep his word. He was supposed to roof my house but never showed. Kept delaying it. But will not refund the amount of money put down. I would not waste any time with this company. I would go with CS roofing. I will must likely have to sue to recover my money down
