This place is so unprofessional. First the documents i received are not meant to be signed electronically, & you ask me to print them out , sign them and then upload a picture . Not knowing if I have a printer or no .? Then the appointment is an online appointment without asking the patient if this is okay or if it’s something that would work for them.
