Company was so easy to work with. They only take one application at a time so when I applied I knew I had a chance to be approved. 10/10 recommend Sunshine!!!!

This is my first time renting with a management company and I absolutely love No Stress Property Management!!!! The town house was newly remodeled when I moved in and there hasn't been very many work orders but, when I do place one they are very fast at replying and getting it taken care of!!!! I am renewing my lease for the 3rd year!!

This company does not mind wasting your time. Called regarding renting a particular property, drove to their location to pick up the keys, drove to the property and inspected it, and drove all the way back to their location just to be told that they already have an application for the property. They knew that the previous viewers had intentions of renting the property. They failed to tell me that at any point and wasted my time. Don’t rent unit 12a or 11b. They know they stink and 12a has rodents. They won’t address it just take your rent and deny.

I lived here during the pandemic and was asked to vacate in 2021. They sent me a $4000 dollar list of damages 15 months later claiming it was all due to my stay. That's illegal for one, they have 30 days to provide a list and second, they are heartless people who put past due notices on every occupied door the day after the stimulus checks were approved. If you have options, don't rent from them. If they are all you can afford, know your rights and don't let them take advantage of you.

Hoping for a Better Outcome… I rented a single family home located at 5715 Satterfield from APM.. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant when I did my walk through. The home was lovely the neighborhood was decent. This was all at first glance. While doing my walk through I noticed a dead roach on the wall and immediately asked if there was a bug problem and was told no and that they had an exterminator out and the problem was resolved (I should have ran) I didn’t run instead I moved in.. All this feed back is NOT for Alternative Property Management, this is for a different rental company in Idaho Falls. I have called and emailed BirdEye numerous times but nothing has been done to correct this. Which poses the question on how accurate and legit are these ratings and feedback provided by this web page??

Would not recommend! I told them to when stuff needed to get repaired never did. All I got was a phone call and a bill! A tenant still owed me $900 but I never saw a dime! I'd go with Beachside rental properties! Much more PROFESSIONAL!!

This company is horrible! They rented my house out to heroine addicts, who caused thousands of dollars in damages. Rebate was supposed to file a law suit against the tenants but neglected to do that. Now they won’t even answer my calls! They only protect themselves. Disgusting way to rub a business. Don’t trust the owner.
