Highly recommend Alternative Power! We had a special need, and they came through in a big way. We had top-notch service from Wayne, Alex, Avery, Andrew, Ashleigh, and Frank. Communication was over and above, and I always knew what was going to happen and when. Be extremely cautious of this company. While their install work was decent, their billing office is disorganized and dishonest. The sent us to collections and placed a lien on our property without EVER sending an invoice for payment nor setting up the financing that was agreed upon. When called on it, their billing manager blatantly lied about sending invoices and paperwork, even though it was easy to verify that they had not. There are other installation companies. Use them. Generac should reconsider their association with ... read more
