Installation of the Genrac was a multi step process requiring contact with several Bitting Electric employees, starting with Jonathon who answered all questions and explained everything very well. Ashleigh in the office was very helpful in communicating with others and in keeping me informed about everything. While they were able to install the generator correctly, there was a lot of stressful hassle. Generac wasn't able to coordinate their work with the gas company, even though they told me they would coordinate it. I then had to be a go between guy who had no idea what each company was doing or talking about. I then had contractors showing up at random times, over and over. Generac was not able to tell me when contractors would randomly arrive, even though I kept politely asking them to stop this practice. They simply couldn't ... read more
The whole team was professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. Installation was quick and efficient. All the servicemen were friendly and answered questions. So glad we will be more prepared for the inevitable hurricane.
Generac installation went very well. Placement of the unit behind the house was a big plus. All work appeared to be very expert and the unit is purring once a week. We are very satisfied.
