Absolutely rude and misleading. I called on Friday due to not having any hot water and was told that he would be out Tuesday morning. I texted again to confirm on Sunday because I have had no hot water in 4 days, and he tells me a "whole Lotta things changed" and " its not my issue". Did not even offer to reschedule. Highly unprofessional, I am disgusted.
Carl is the best plumber we've ever had, hands down. Over time Carl has wrangled with our curmudgeonly well pump and snaggly pipes - the house was built in 1804, so there's been a lot of cob-jobs, making it all a challenge. He's come out late at night to unfreeze our water, replaced the cranky well pump for a lovely new one that works well (get it? well pump that works well! lol).
