I have never ever had a problem with my caregiver. Anyone with issues with a caregivers or the caregiver with clients need to call the worker ASAP. They are resolved immediately! I do know of a situation where a client physically attacked a caregiver, obviously that caregiver is not going to return. The agency needs to let others know the violent history and risks they would be taking if they accept that client. I am a Handyman by trade and have been filling in for this agency because my client has late stage MS and this agency has left him hanging since before Christmas with nobody to even get him out of bed on the weekends. Now it has become every day as a provider has not shown up at all in two weeks. It has been over two weeks since he has even had a bath! Horrible, horrible care for a desperate person in need. Caregivers there are not held responsible for not showing up on time if even at all and they don’t do a very good job at cleaning up clients home ever wouldn’t reccomend
Management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Run.
