My wife and I had Alternative Modular Homes build our home 8 years ago and we have been nothing short of 100% satisfied with their product. The entire process from design to delivery was simple and painless. The home is very well built and all of the fixtures, floor coverings, and electrical have held up very well. We found the people at Alternative Modular Homes to be excellent, honest and very hard working. They really know what they are doing when it comes to building homes. We had shopped everyone and are delighted we chose them to build our home. We couldn't be happier. I don't know what the previous reviewer's problem is, but there just has to be more to his story. We would highly recommend Alternative Modular Homes to anyone looking to build a home.
Alternative Modular Homes dba Palmer Development Corp filed a frivolous lien on my home. Their final invoice to me was $90, invoice was post marked November 4th. Check mailed within days, they filed a Mechanics lien on my home for $90.63 (they added interest) on November 16th. The lien was filed 12 days after the post mark of the invoice. I offered to cancel payment on the check they claimed they did not receive and hand deliver the $90 on 11/19, the day I found out about the lien and they refused to accept payment.
