Called and spoke to Tony about a potential pellet stove repair, and he was happy to take my call right away. I explain the situation and how every business I called is booked out for the next 3-4 weeks. Without hesitation he was able to put me at ease and offer an appointment within this week. His rate was extremely fair and the whole interaction was friendly and reassuring. Great local business. Tony was wonderful.
I had a starter probem on my pellet stove, and Tony was there. In no time, the part arrived and he made sure to install it asap. Down to earth, reasonably priced, and knows his stuff. Go with Tony, you won't regret it!
Tony is great. He came out multiple times to fix an old pellet stove that hadn't been run in a while for me. When many technicians immediately jump to the most expensive fix, Tony took the time to work through the most cost-effective solutions first. He saved me hundreds and my stove is running great now.
