The technician was very friendly and helped us sort out an issue with the furnace. He didn’t try to sell us on anything which we appreciated!! Will be using this business when we do need to replace our unit.
Tom was great and Robin was great! Called them after another Ac outfit was here to do fall maintenance and the system broke 5 days later. Tom took a look at the system and gave me a reasonable quote to fix the problem. I plan to use Alternative Heating and Air going forward

This company is a great choice for people that don't want to be oversold or upsold on services and systems they may not need. Highly recommend! When our AC went down, Alternative came out the next day and had us up and running within an hour. Great, timely service - they are definitely our go-to from now on!
We had just come back into town right in the middle of a late spring heatwave only to find our AC had given up the ghost. The place was an oven. Then along came Alternative Air to save the day!
