They scammed my wife and I, took our money and refused to call us back! The newest owners could care less about service or their customers

I am very disappointed at the lack of communication from Alternative Health Retreat. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing for 3 months without any response. From reading other reviews it appears that the business has closed and/or transferred ownership without any notice to their customers. I have well over $200 in pre-paid services which apparently have gone to waste. I always had great experiences with them, but this is not right. This is a horrible way to treat your loyal customers.
