I came in for an electrolysis consultation and when i came in I was told that they don’t do it to the area I wanted even though I was told on the phone that it can be done which was recorded in the notes. It was waste of my time but at least they accepted to issue a refund.

I visited here for the first time for electrolysis. I lucked up on parking and got a spot in front of the building but I’d advise you plan accordingly in case it’s busier. Clean, quaint atmosphere. The waiting area is small but that’s because the business is split between different levels. The person who did my service, Edom, was really sweet. She was well informed, patient, and accommodating. I also love that they allow booking online and have the rates listed. Transparency goes a long way! Can’t wait to go back.

The office is always clean, quiet, professional. The team are so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Services are always completed in a timely manner and as expected. Deirdre is a magician!
