I'm in complete agreement with the other person who reviewed. No one ever answers the phone and it's a horror show getting your child's meds on time. The "psychiatrist" they use now is arrogant and rude and talks down to you. Staff changes so frequently, I figure I'll outlast him too. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
The whole acrp program is a joke. They can't keep doctors, the ones they do have are in Texas and you see them for 3 minutes on a telecall...They don't care. They don't listen. They don't keep up with prescriptions. My son has medication that he needs to take, and almost every month it's a whole big run around with calling over and over to try to get them to call in a script. We are done using acrp. I suggest you find someone else...anyone else.
Please do not use this organization .... counselors are horrible.. if u don't have an issue prior to going in you'll definitely have one coming out ..I would definitely give Acrp a negative star review if I could ... please listen to the warnings and protect ur children..
