I was interested in buying a used 2019 x3 and wanted it inspected before purchase. They charged me WAY LESS than the BMW dealership and they were fast, honest, and saved me a HUGE headache that would have come if I had bought said vehicle. I can not recommend them enough! If you need to have an BMW serviced or inspected prior to purchase talk to Jim! He will take great care of you!
Took my G87 M2 Here for an oil change in between dealer oil changes they had me out of there in less than 90 minutes! The oil charge was Less than other alternative dealer quotes Highly Recommend!
Mike Johnson and Shane are a master at their craft, the only one to notice our problem after my wife told the BMW service department located in Bentonville, AR several times of her problem over the last year. The absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy, and their work is exceptional. I’ve had maintenance done on my 10-year-old BMW, and it’s always completed on time and with perfection. They’re very easy to work with, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or pressured. Their pricing is far lower than the dealership, and Jim goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best parts and service.
