Bad workmanship! I used Lidio at alternative a few times last year for my 2022 Mustang with 7k miles and the initial experiences were decent with minor things that I fixed myself and I didn’t complain about, such as loose clamps for the intake. After the next visit loose exhaust clamps from headers alternative installed that were rattling from how loose they were.
