Marlin saved the day! Our AC went out on a weekend in the middle of July--what a nightmare for new homeowners. We submitted an emergency after hours request on the Alternative Aire website, and we had an appointment scheduled within an hour. Marlin repaired our AC and gave us great advice on a tune up schedule that would help us avoid emergency breakdowns in the future. Fast, courteous, and professional all the way around.
