Called when our 2-year-old furnace stopped working after the first run of the season. They offered to come out the same day, but I couldn't leave work, so they sent Danny Johnson over first thing the next morning. He was right on time and figured out the problem in about a minute - a forgotten step during the system installation that was easily corrected. I can't say enough great things about Alternative Aire. My restaurant's HVAC system was ancient and they came and repaired it many times before throwing in the towel. When it was time to replace it, not only did they help me secure financing at the cheapest rate around, they serviced the old one until the new one could be installed, and worked with me closely to ensure my customers had AC this summer.
