Requested quote for duct replacement/repair. Was told I needed to schedule a "tune-up" that would include the assessment of the ductwork. Did that. "Tuneup" on April 19 resulted in a broken piece (which the technician admitted he likely broke when inspecting) on a unit that had been performing perfectly prior to the "tune-up." Paid an extravagant amount for the "tune-up" and the broken piece, and still (as of May 1) do NOT HAVE A QUOTE that I originally requested for ductwork replacement. Marlin saved the day! Our AC went out on a weekend in the middle of July--what a nightmare for new homeowners. We submitted an emergency after hours request on the Alternative Aire website, and we had an appointment scheduled within an hour. Marlin repaired our AC and gave us great advice on a tune up schedule that would help us avoid emergency breakdowns in the future. Fast, courteous, and professional all the way around.

Excellent experience with Alternative Aire. Super staff, courteous, knowledgeable, on time, fair pricing, etc. We'll be back now for regular servicing in the spring and fall.
