Requested quote for duct replacement/repair. Was told I needed to schedule a "tune-up" that would include the assessment of the ductwork. Did that. "Tuneup" on April 19 resulted in a broken piece (which the technician admitted he likely broke when inspecting) on a unit that had been performing perfectly prior to the "tune-up." Paid an extravagant amount for the "tune-up" and the broken piece, and still (as of May 1) do NOT HAVE A QUOTE that I originally requested for ductwork replacement.
