Horrible company for employees. Very low pay, poor point system and insurance for employees is HORRENDOUS. I would run from this company.
If you’re dealing with the Brookpark Rd. Facility and need ostomy supplies ORDER EARLY. I have called 5 times in the past 3 days, left 4 messages for head nurse and 1 with her assistant and no return calls. On my 4th call the operator said she spoke with me 3 of those times so she went above and beyond and sent them both a message to contact me. NO LUCK. I have a bad thyroid condition which makes it hard on me to take care of my mom full time and work almost full time..everyone is short handed everywhere and trust me I too was upset I wasn't getting more help. But if this was their issue..give them another chance because when my mom got out of the hospital.. Kettering hospital which is amazing themselves worked with this company and they set everything up for mom. Now she has about everything she needs. They are really great with my mom.
