Mom is visiting from Colorado and uses oxygen, Rachel was especially helpful in helping get the right documentation between systems and get the concentrator delivered before the weekend. My 84 year old grandfather purchased an electric scooter from this facility. After years of use, he called for new tires and was informed the tires for his model were discontinued. He was then told that he would have to purchase the tires aftermarket for $500/set!! Excuse me? Scooter tires are more than car tires? I don’t think so! We found the tires online for $24.60/tire.
