I feel very fortunate to be employed by Alternacare. Not only have they taken the time to find me the ideal position that matches my skills, my mindset and my goals, the coordinators and managing staff of Alternacare really treat you in the most professional manner, they continuously show how much they care about your well being and safety by checking in to see how you are getting along in your work assignment. The PSW staff provided overnight to care for our mother in hospice were caring and kind. They helped us feel more confident that our mother was receiving the comfort she needed at end of life.
Alternacare took the time to understand our needs in order to help us find the best team of caregivers available for our mother's dedicated morning care. Our main contact, Anne, is very responsive to our specific questions and concerns. In particular, she worked with us to develop a daily electronic communication system so that even though we live far away, we could receive timely updates with the specific information that we needed to make sure our mother was thriving. Alternacare is a great agency! I have worked there for seven years with out any issues. An agency that is so organized, so accurate, everyone in the office is so polite! Call them at any time there are ready to attend to you in good spirits!!! Alternacare is the best agency I have ever worked with and I'm ready to work with them again if I have the opportunity.
