The staff are great. The Peterborough branch suffers because some of the equipment (ATM, cash dispenser) are old and cranky. I saw a notice that the branch is moving to a new location, and presumably it will be equipped with new, reliable gear and the Alterna experience will become perfect.
Most bankers are sociopaths but these folks seem pretty grounded. They want to invest in our community and the relationships it contains as opposed to other banks that want to extract money and float away on it.
Hours on web site says you are open until 8. On the door says 9:30 to 3:30. Any one with a job is unable to talk to a teller. I feel you don't care for working class people. Fix your web information. Please open one night later.
