Who is the front desk lady? The rude “girl” that answers the phone? She acts like she is so much better than my husband any time he calls up there. We have been sober for three almost four years and have followed Dr. Ryan from second chance clinic the whole four years! This girl acts like he is scum of the earth because he goes to the doctor for adhd! She won’t allow him to talk to Dr. Ryan or even tell Dr. Ryan that he has called. It’s ridiculous and I would like to know her name to report to the BBB!!!!
Calling Alteri has been one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my addiction. I suffered for years out of fear of going and telling anyone. I am less scared today. Working with the Dr. and therapist is helping me already. They don’t judge you and seem like they really care and want to help. If you are scared to call just do it I promise it will help. If I can pick up the phone and show up anyone can. I promise it will be worth it. I’m thankful they are here in Frankfort.
Very nice staff. Very quick and efficient. A good place to go for addiction. I feel very comfortable there.
This place is awesome.. they truly care about each patient individually.. I have never been more satisfied with a doctor on my life!! Id give 10 stars if I could!!!
