Altered Tails is the largest non-profit spay/neuter organization in Arizona. We are Humane Alliance- accredited and offer high-quality, affordable spay and neuter services. Our surgeons are experienced specialists and through our three clinics, sterilized almost 23,000 dogs and cats in 2017. Since 2003, more than 200,000 dogs and cats have benefited from our services.

Friendly staff
I absolutely loved my experience. They were so friendly and you could tell even during your short encounter with them that they truly care about the animals. They were so helpful to me as well! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Had a great experience recently, took 3 cats in and they were treated amazing. Great follow up and wonderful customer service.
Our visit was quick and easy, my fur daughter chilled during while we waited to be called she was also watching the front desk ladies . They were very kind, their prices are actually reasonably cheap and you can tell they care about their patients. I finally found my go to place for my all my fur-daughters needs
no longer offer tnr and everyone else should leave one star as well...take your business elsewhere....just in time for kitten season.
