I had a Hertz amp and four speakers installed and it wasn’t installed properly. I took it to altered soundbecause I met them at the bike show in Toronto in January. They’re about two hours out of the way, so this is why I didn’t initially go there to get it installed The guy that originally installed it didn’t flash the head unit so I got ultrasound to do that found out it wasn’t wired up properly. I went down to Dover for Friday 13th and first was introduced to altered sound of Oakville. Saw the Soundstream V2 and afterwards did some research and decided to upgrade my head unit for my 2017 HD Ultra Limited. There was a YouTube video outta states that gave step by step instillation instructions so was very confident I could do it myself. Just needed the head Unit. My buddy picked up a infotainment unit for my Harley from the team at Altered Sound during the Toronto motorcycle show. Not only were they the best price in the country but they bench programmed it for me before the install as I was leaving on a trip with it. Exceptional prices and incredible service.
