I was charged an extra $10 without my knowledge. There was no heads up prior to the haircut. My hair was cut too short but I will not blame the woman, my husband was supposed to help me with the length and did not do his job well. I'm just upset I was blindsided with an extra $10 for a haircut I do not like. Update: I thought the ends would look better after my hair dried and they do not. It is thick and not tapered off to look natural. I dislike my haircut very much.

Chesley Fossier is the best stylist she has a way of turning you from drab and tired to fab and awake! This isn’t just a hair salon this is where you go when how you look matters. When you need to cloak yourself in confidence this is the place!!!

I have been going to Altered Images for haircuts since I was a toddler and my mom has been going there longer than that. We were there for their promotional event where they advertised to my mom and I that they were offering a complimentary makeup and a complimentary blowout with a purchase of a service (a facial). My mom booked her facial for the day of and her esthetician told the front desk worker to book my mom and I for the blowout and makeup.
