My fitst Tattoo I went to Altered Flesh Tattoo and felt totally comfortable with the shop when I first walked in. I had a certain design in mind and he duplicated it perfectly. I returned for my second and he created just what I was looking for, and I have had so many compliments on the way it looks. I plan on going back and having more work done. I would recommend this shop to any and all who would like to get the best work done.
Top of the Line Ray is the only person I will ever let tattoo me. I started with him about 3 years ago and have gotten 7 pieces done by him, including a huge chest piece. Every time I come up with an idea, Ray delivers EXACTLY what I am looking for. The shop is spotless, and it has a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Altered Flesh Tattoo. Ray delivers time and time again.
Great artist!!! I've had tattoos before and once you find an artist, you usually stick with them. Well, I moved to the SCV area and wanted to get another tatt and went to Altered Flesh only because a friend recommended Ray. He took the time to view what I wanted, got all the details down including specific colors, etc., and was the most gentlest tattoo artist. I'll be going to him for many more planned tattoos.

Ray and his staff are professional and welcoming and the shop is clean. Ray is a very talented artist and has given better than my expectations every time. I have sent friends and even my mother to Ray for tattoos, he is awesome.
Gentle My girlfriend came into this shop and was very pleased with the artwork. The tattoo artist was very professional and knowledgable. She had my name added to a prior tattoo she had and it turned out beautiful.

My first tattoo i was really nervous because it was my first tattoo. i was very specific with what i wanted and had a million questions. Ray was easygoing, knowledgeable and understanding and duplicated exactly what I wanted. i really love it!
Amazing work! I had mine done yesterday and Ray was wonderful. His work and shop are both impeccable. He will definitely be the one we go to for any other tattoos and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest and accommodating.
My official tattoo artist forever! Ray is the best tattoo artist ever! I have 3 tattoos, all 3 done by him. And all 3 I love and do not regret at all!
