Staff are friendly, space is clean and welcoming, and I always have a great experience. Natalie does a great job with my hair and always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.

Excellent customer service provided by staff working at Altered Ego and another great haircut as well.
I will be the first to admit I hate getting haircuts. I probably get 1-2 a year. That being said Altered Ego is the only place I can tolerate (and even enjoy) getting my hair done. The girls there are all wonderful, they recommended me my favourite hair products, and they are amazingly priced. I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful to all the staff working there. They have managed to make me fall in love with my hair again. Been going to them for a few years now and I don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere else.
