I came to Altered Bride to add a bustle to my wedding dress. The entire process was a 10/10 experience. The communication before the appointment was clear and concise. Making an appointment was so easy. When I arrived for my appointment it only took 30 minutes and they were able to add my bustle that day while I was wearing the dress. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for wedding dress alterations!
From the moment I walked in I knew this was my place. You can feel the warmth from Maria and Flor from the 1st appointment to your last. I brought in my wedding dress, my bridal brunch dress, rehearsal dinner dress and my short reception dress. Yes! 4 dresses ! And all were absolutely perfect. HAD THE BEST BRIDAL DRESS ALTERATIONS CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE WITH JACK & FLOR. I WAS HONESTLY A LITTLE NERVOUS BUT AS SOON AS WE MET, I IMMEDIATELY FELT GOOD ABOUT IT ALL & JUST KNEW MY DRESS AND I WERE IN GREAT HANDS. THEY MADE THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT A COMFORTABLE, LIGHT & FUN EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE BOTH FRIENDLY, INVITING, DOWN TO EARTH & PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO A DETAIL. I had the BEST experience here. I was asking for something a little more unique and was having trouble finding someone who understood my vision for my wedding dress. Altered Bride understood me perfectly and most importantly they were able to execute my vision and bring it to life! I will be forever grateful for my experience:) the tailoring was fairly priced as well.
I went to Altered Bride desperately needing to have my bridesmaid dress altered after gaining weight and not feeling my most confident but what I received instead was an exceptionally beautiful dress that was truly one of a kind.
