Got a massage with Rene and a facial with Kelsey. They were both absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Rene gave me the best massage I'd had in a long time, getting knots out without pain, and working on my problem areas. You can tell she was really tuned in to the massage! I cannot say enough good things about Alter'd Carbon Spa and Sam! I have been dealing with persistent pain in my hands and back for months, and after just one session with Sam, I feel like a new person. She is truly gifted and genuinely cares about people and their healing process. The spa itself is beautifully designed, peaceful, and so relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Sam is awesome! She consistently gives incredible massages - you will never want to go anywhere else! She is also knowledgeable and understands muscle complexities and how to relieve pain.
