Rene is so talented at what she does! I had gotten so used to being stiff and sore all of the time and she successfully released muscles that had been stuck in place for years! I was beyond impressed with her work! The shop was very clean, calming, and inviting. If you're looking for a massuse that will listen to your needs in a modern, clean, calming environment; this is the right place!
Rene was amazing! The neuromuscular massage was a new experience for me and I am converted! She was able to work through so much (knots, muscle tension) without pain! I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis and she scraped my foot (another new technique) but really, really helpful! I know I'm not alone in struggling with this, so I feel like I need to sing it from the rooftops that I've found such relief! Got a massage with Rene and a facial with Kelsey. They were both absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Rene gave me the best massage I'd had in a long time, getting knots out without pain, and working on my problem areas. You can tell she was really tuned in to the massage!
