RecommendedCaring staff and management that always put family and loved ones first.
My husband was there in October 2018. They demanded their money on the day it was due. He passed and they owe us a refund. It is now July 9 months later and we are still fighting for our refund. Nothing works with these people. Would not recommend.

Horrible place if you are needing post-surgical care or post-surgical rehab. I wish someone had told us how bad this place was before we found out ourselves
RecommendedI would highly recommend Altercare Newark South. My Grandpa was recently there for a week of rehab after almost two weeks in Riverside. The floor staff, therapy, and managers greeted him promptly on a Friday afternoon after admission. I have been in the skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospice industry for 7 years and I am impressed. A special thanks to Molly in therapy for keeping an eye on him and making him feel at home!
