Horrible customer service and they have no idea how to answer the phone in a professional manner.
Avoid completely – We asked for a dress to be altered. They made the hem completely misaligned. When we brought it abck for corrections, they did nothing to make it up to us. Don't go there.
Unbelievable – I cannot believe these people. I went there last week and was told to come in Saturday (yesterday) because nobody who could actually help me get my dress altered was there last weekend. I show up Saturday, and still no one who can take my measurement is there, they tell me to come Sunday from 1 to 6. At this point, maybe it's my fault, because I should have just gone somewhere else, but I foolishly show up, rushing to get there a few minutes before 5:30 and am told that the only tailor there went home at 5:00.... read more
