GREAT PLACE!! I had my bridesmaids dress altered here and they did a phenomenal job! The dress looked flawless, you would never even have known it had been altered. I was a last minute addition to the wedding and I was worried that I wouldn’t have time to get the dress fitted but they were really helpful and understanding and got me in for a fitting in no time and had the dress completed in plenty of time for the wedding. Terrible manager laurnel – Loved the place till I was a victim of subjective pricing. I took two of the exact same dress in at two different time and the second time the manager charged me double what they charged me the first time. I called to complain and she simply said I got lucky the first time. Beware
WOW!!!!! WHAT A FIND – I am new in town and have a difficult to fit body. I loved my tailor in NY. I have tried a few tailors in town but wasn't 100% satisfied, UNTIL ... a friend told me about Alterations Inc. She has been going there for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Well I am a new convert also. They did a fabulous job on all my clothes. I won't go anywhere else!!!!!
WOW - Great Place & Wonderful Knowledgeable staff - They were a lifesaver. On the day of my sisters wedding my bridesmaids dress zipper broke. They made it #1 priority to get it done and get me to the wedding on time, no pun intended. They were so wonderful and I have been taking all my alterations there ever since. I don't think I would let anyone else touch my clothes ever again. They always do a fabulous job not matter how simple or difficult.
