horrible service and damaged my 3 piece suit then tried ti hide it and have the cleaners collect the money due,,, Elaine is shady as all get out and her obese son is not trained for this sort of thing yet he's hammering away on items and coming up with wrong lengths and cutting dress pants.
Elaine and her son are horrible business owners and terrible at alterations. They kept my suit for one month and didn’t start on until I called asking for it. I drove an hour one way three time to get my items. Once I was told it was ready only to find out it was done completely wrong and half assed! They told me to come back the next day and one leg was smaller than the other so they asked me to come back again. At this point I asked Elaine to give me a date and I’ll come back then..
