I am beyond upset! I took the dress that I'm wearing in my niece's wedding to Alterations by Toni and not only is it crooked, I asked them to "hem" it and all they did was cut it!! They charged me $62 to just cut it! It has a raw hem but I wanted it hemmed. No one called me or asked me. Who does business like this!!! And because they cut it now it can't be hemmed. I don't even know if it's fixable. Just heartbroken. Don't ever take your stuff there. They didn't treat me very well there either. Bad bad bad.

Toni did an incredible job altering my wedding dress. I bought it off the rack and it was multiple sizes too big for me, she was able to alter it to perfection and make it look like it was made for me. Toni and her team are friendly and helpful, they really know how to make a bride-to-be feel special!!
