Four visits later, still not done correctly... – I had a bridesmaid dress that was absolutely huge and needed to be altered significantly. I went to Alterations by Sarah because I'd had a previous experience that was reasonably pleasant. It was definitely not so this time. The first fitting went fine, with the man assuring me it would fit by the time they were finished. Did not complete my wedding gown in time! – I had a wedding set for December 8th and she has had my wedding gown to alter since last July!! In over 4 months time -- she did not complete my alterations and it was 2 days before my wedding!! I had to take my gown to another person to get it altered to be ready in time for my wedding. (& my size had NOT changed since July either -- I was exactly the same measurements!!) - I was frantic and still can't believe how incompetent this person was.
