Dropped off some kitchen towels to get the hems repaired and one towel had a hole in it that I was told was going to be repaired. However, when I picked up the towels, they just cut off the entire length of the towel that contained the hole. Essentially, they cut off a third of the towel and made a new hem. No consultation or anything, just butchered the towel. Now that towel is destined for the garage and I have to buy another one. Will never return to this butcher shop.
