Diane did a fantastic job with my alterations! Would recommend
All I can say is Diane was heaven-sent! We were facing a "9-1-1" bridesmaid dress problem and Diane squeezed us in and solved the problem within 24 hours. She was able to undo the problems we had with the dress and then FIX the dress correctly. She also educated us about what we should expect for alterations. She takes pride in her work and it shows. This was our first time using Diane, but it won't be our last. Thank you to Diane for really getting us out of a hard spot! I would recommend her without hesitation.
Very professional, personable, and quick service! I needed a suit jacket altered (arm length) before an interview which was less than a week from when I left two of them with Diane. She not only made sure BOTH were done before the interview, she pressed both jackets AND the accompanying skirts. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be a return customer!
I had an amazing experience at Diane's. From the start she was kind and seemed to genuinely care about the alterations I needed for my wedding dress. I am getting married the 1st of September and with the number of wedding dresses she had when I dropped mine off I didn't even expect to get it back until August as I knew she had several she needed to finish for July first. Diane has it all! She skillfully altered my bridesmaid dress just right while being very personable and kind! If I need anything altered in the future I'll drive the hour so she can do it!
She is amazing! I brought about ten items to her for alterations, and she was so professional and so speedy. Diane is a joy to work with! I highly recommend her.
Really not impressed at all, and actually severely disappointed!! I had a $600 formal dress that needed fitted so I decided to give her a try after reading such positive reviews. When we picked up the dress it consisted of about a dozen sloppy back stitches done by hand that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes. The stitches are showing through and totally obvious from the front of the dress. The beading had been cut and was left loose and unsecured.
