I’ve had a great experience at Alterra Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. The manager is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that the entire place is taken care of with attention to detail. I highly recommend Alterra Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to call home.
Do not move here! Entire building is full of bedbugs and ants. Poor management and maintenance. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talk. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Outlets only work sometimes. 10/10 would not reccomend. EDIT: Don't let the management comment fool you. I've called and emailed them from the information provided in their comment of my review and have had zero response. Also as of today they have turned the buildings water off with no notice to tenants. This place needs to ... read more

These apartments are beautiful and in a great location! The staff is super friendly as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking in the area.
