I want to give a special shout out to the groundskeeping staff who make the area feel safe and welcoming. Also huge thanks to the big mexican guy who really keeps my complex clean. There are sometimes sketchy people around but I’m pleased have reliable people who make the environment a better place. 👏
Ive been trying to report serious mold and roaches in one of the units but no one is assisting me.
The apartments are well located, but when we gave notice of moving out, started to give it low priority they didn't respond to emails with questions. Also, the last maintenance man was very rude to guests if you asked to do anything in the apartment.
I’ve had a great experience at Alterra Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. The manager is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate.
