I dropped a starter off to Mike the owner around 4:30pm and within an hour he had it fully sand blasted and rebuilt ready to install. Outstanding service!

Have used Alter-Start North before with ok results. But this time Mike was suppose to call me back with a quote for the cost of a trailer hitch and installation. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the quote. I realize Mike is very busy but nothing for 2 weeks? Next time I need service I won't be calling Mike.
