My experience at one of the residential houses has been life changing. I had time to develop new habits in a very uplifting environment where there’s time to focus on my own well being. All of the staff has been very supportive of my recovery and continue to check in to make sure my needs are met. It’s an opportunity to focus on myself and become a better version of who I want to be.
Janelle, the clinical coordinater was very helpful in getting my 34 yr old step son admitted into the program. She was available at all times & kept my up to date on every step of admission process. I could call her or text her & highly appreciated her availability & knowledge.
My sister was struggling through her everyday routine & thought she was alone in this. Alter literally saved her life. The attention to detail and genuine compassion she was given truly showed. Our family cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for her. Thank you !
