I went in for a consultation and was told I could have volume and length with no problem. I was also told the special adhesive wouldn't damage my hair. When I got there to have the extensions put in it was a totally different story. I didn't get volume or length and the color was wrong. When I complained, she said she could correct the color (at no charge since it wasn't what I had chosen in the consultation) but she couldn't do anything about the volume and length.
