Diane is the only person I let trim my hair and do keratin treatments on. I went somewhere for a free keratin and they hurried through and it was half-assed work. Diane is flexible with my odd work schedule. Can’t beat her services!

Diane is fantastic! She really knows what she is doing and will work to give you the style you want. She is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Alter Ego is the best place I've ever gone for a haircut!

I looked on-line to find a salon that had good ratings and found Alter Ego. I told Diane what I wanted and she delivered beyond my expectations. She has years of experience and it really showed in her work. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place to get a really great haircut and color!

My husband booked my first appointment with Diane for my birthday several years ago. My hair was in bad shape, it was very thin and extremely damaged. I'm only 25 and it had started falling out. I told Diane that I was trying to grow it out, but I knew it needed a trim. I asked her not to trim anymore than she absolutely had to. Diane actually listens to when you tell her the look you are going for. She is a natural hair stylist. Her color skills are the best. It is such a pleasure getting my hair done at Alter Ego. The atmosphere is great. The service is great. Diane is a treasure.

Diane has been doing my hair since 2001. I don't know how I managed before I found her. I have always hated my hair, but Diane's magic has transformed my self-image. Not only does she do wonders with hair, but going to her shop is a great experience. She treats everyone with respect and friendliness. Somehow she always manages to remember what I told her, and she asks about it the next time I am there. That personal touch is what makes her such an amazing person.

I started going to Diane about 3 1/2 years when she was recommended to me for my elderly mom who has Dementia. My mom loved her, but along the way she started doing my hair and now I love her! Not only does she stay late to accommodate my hectic schedule, she takes as much time with me as I want. I am extremely picky about my haircuts, and she has never once disappointed me! Diane is really fantastic! She goes above and beyond and treats her customers like family. She once offered to come in just to do my hair one night late in the evening because it was the only time I was available before going out of town for a trip. My husband and I have both gone to her for 5 years and can't imagine having our hair done by anyone else!

I refer to Diane as the hair god and a precious friend! She is simply amazing at what she does. Every time she colors my hair I get compliment after compliment and people always think it's natural! She is reasonably priced and easy to make appointments with. If you come to Diane you'll get great service but you'll also make a quick friend. So thankful to have found her! My curls have never looked so good.
