Alter Behavioral Health was a God send when we were dealing the worst crisis in our loved one’s life. They helped us to facilitate treatment at their facility when we were overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn for help. The entire staff from the intake, to the nurses, case manager, therapists, and even the chef were so kind, attentive, and supportive beyond measure. I was going to wait to make a review until I could explain everything in more detail but I’m doing a quick one for now and I’ll make a different one at a later time because they have the nerve to call me the day before my birthday acting like everything is all good after the way they have treated me and the fact that when I was trying to get ahold of them and get my “lost” belongings and medication they were no help.
