Altek was very professional and informative. They suggested the best type of cleaning for my carpets and explained why. I needed to change the date we set-up for the cleaning and they were very accommodating. All of the carpet looks like it is brand new. I just can't say enough good things about this company. I will use them again. I will recommend them to everybody I can.
