I had my living room furniture cleand it did not get very clean I was not happy with the work altek sead they would return the money but never did I know some p say that to get free work but I;m not one of them I truely am not happy with the out come

During estimate this lady asked what is our policy if she does not like the job. I answered all your money back and explain discoloration and some stain are permanent. She asked "How many people I had return money?" She already knew it will be free service. We did excellent job on upholstery. We pretreat, clean two times each piece. They are look beautiful (It had Body oil. Spills and very soiled). Two days later I call and asked if she is satisfied. She told me - I expected it will looks better. I offered to reclean, but sh... read more

We purchased a house that had 2 small dogs. There was some pet odor from these. Also, I was in a time crunch to have the work done before our furniture arrived. Alex was able to identify the proper treatment for the pet issue and easily met my time constraint. Quality work and well worth the investment. Easy people to work with. They get high marks and praise from me.
