Alex has provided an exceptional service for my family and me. My one year old daughter, wife who is expecting soon and myself have been living in a very unhealthy situation in our home. We suspected there was mold but were told over and over again that there was not by our landlord. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. After my walk through with Alex, I didn't even bother with other quotes. Very professional!! We had him do our air ducts as well as our carpets. Highly recommend Altek Restorations!!

Professional and very knowledgeable on mold and toxic materials. Promptly provided results for tests, made sure we understood the results, and answered all of our questions about the tests and mitigation measures. My daughter the microbiologist in the family agreed with all of the explanations and measures that Alex and his team discussed with us.
