Responsive to my phone call and text. Scheduled promptly and did all house and dryer vents. We have a very long dryer vent and after they left we found dryer not working. They came back the next day and figured out and fixed the problem. Called to ask about function afterward to make sure satisfied.
Yes, they did excellent work. They were extremely thorough and very easy to work with. Alex, the owner of the company came to check on everything and wanted to be sure I was happy with their work. I would definitely hire them again.
Excellent customer service. My request for an estimate to service my dryer vent was fulfilled quickly and the work was completed within 48 hrs. The workers were friendly and professional. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company.
They did a fantastic job. They were so thorough. Our air ducts have never been so clean. They arrived at 10:15 and two men worked consistently until 5pm. They were very respectful and worked with excellence. I was very happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
Alex saved my family a lot of $$ letting us know that we didn't in fact need extensive roof repair. He did show us a bunch of areas that did need some work which was very helpful. We are very happy with his work and plan on working him in the future!
Great company. I was impressed with the genuine care and professionalism starting with the initial inspection and line by line quote. The work was scheduled to begin within a couple of days of signing the contract. I really appreciated the knowledge and advice I received which made me confident in choosing this company. The workers were kind and friendly and each day I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. The owner stopped in check the day's progress and at completion, always asking if I had any questions. Alex went above and beyond and demonstrated extensive knowledge beyond the scope of my project. He also identified additional areas where simple adjustments could be made to improve our basement. We were very impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and his ability to resolve an issue caused by a previous company. His team was thorough, polite, and efficient. They cleaned up carefully after the job, and I would highly recommend his company.
Alex is helping us through a difficult situation with cat urine throughout the house. He has been nothing but professional and informative. We are working towards and clean and smell free house.
Altek was very knowledgeable about my concerns with my dryer vent. He educated me on the proper parts needed to complete the job safely. He put my mind at ease. The work was done in a very timely manner. I was so grateful. Everyone was professional and friendly. They cleaned up the workspace when they finished and asked if I had any questions and even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I definitely would hire them again and will refer my friends and family to Altek.
